FD center speaker and aftermarket head unit question

Will the center speaker still work in our 94 FD with Bose if I install an aftermarket head unit?

Will the rear bose sub still work as well?

All I need is that adaptor from Crutchfeild and it will all work like stock correct?

My wife wants to be able to listen to her Ipod.

I believe it should work if you get a proper adapter. The adapter will match the signals for you.

You let your wife drive the FD?

You dont need an adaptor for the speakers, you need an an amp integration harness for the AMP. With that connection, or unless you hardwire it yourself, the aftermarket headunit will work exactly like stock

I made this thread 4 years ago with every single part you need to install an aftermarket head unit in a Bose equipped FD.

Heres all the info you need:
https://www.rx7club.com/interior-exterior-audio-26/parts-list-install-aftermarket-headunit-bose-equipped-fds-358142/

EDIT:
The prices I listed on that thread are from 4 years ago so dont sit there wondering why one item costs more and why the other costs less
