Front: 18 x 10 + 19 (HP) is going to give you just over 2 inches of front lip.
Rear: 18 x 11 + 19 (HP) or + 16 (MD) is around 3 or close to 4 inches.
You should run
Front: 18 x 10 + 11 (SL) which is fine in the front with stock brakes. SL disk allows this to have more lip though.
- If you want bigger brakes run 18 x 10 + 6 (HP) and make it fit.
Rear: 18 x 11 + 11 (SL) or 18 x 11 - 1 (SL) since FDs can take SL in the rear and get yourself around 5 inches of lip.
It's a lot more aggressive and can be made to fit, the lip sizing will be more proportional front to rear too. If you are serious about it, buy the wheels and roll/pull out the fenders to fit them. That is how this style is done.
