Hi all, I have a 1990 Mazda RX-7 convertible. The driver's seat is very uncomfortable, it feels like the lumbar is adjusted way too far forward. Unfortunately, there is no lumbar adjustment on the seat. The passenger side seat feels just fine.

Has anyone else had this problem? Can the seat back be disassembled & modified?

I ended up finding someone local who was parting out an '88. This seat did not have the lumbar issue. Not sure what the deal was with my old drivers seat.
