exterior body trim loose on FC

Somebody hit my car pretty hard with their door at the mall today. I have a nice chip and scratch in the passenger door, and the trim that goes along the middle of the door is about to fall off now.
Is there a good adhesive to use, or method to reapply it on? Please help!!

remove the whole trim, if it starts to give you the slightest bit of trouble use a heat gun or hair dryer to help, clean ALL the old glue off the car's body with some adhesive cleaner, then clean the molding as well, if you cant clean the molding too good, use a sander or a grinder very lightly to get the old tape off the molding, it can be hard to get it off the molding.
Buy some 3M double sided body mount tape, maybe stop by a body shop and ask to buy the amount you need because its sold on rolls. Make sure its straight and put it back on starting at one end.

If you by some chance leave the molding off for any period of time make sure its laying compleatly flat or it can warp and be very hard to get looking again.
