I have a good set of the Evo R headlights I picked up used. and they just have a few bubbles in the paint on the inside of the lenses. And I wanted to clean that up and have them repainted. But I have to things i'm concerned about.

1. I am not sure how to safely remove the lenses since they appear to be attached via silicone.

2. How would i go about removing the current paint safely without damaging the lenses?

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
