engine noise and brakes

I have a keenwood mp3 player a pretty cheap amp the small powercruiser version $200 and good wiring and pioneer 350w/max speakers and a 400w basebox and when i apply my brakes i can hear a clicking noise coming from my stereo and when i downshift it makes a whining noise from the speakers when my music is paused if i have my music on pretty loud you can't hear the noises

so what do you think is it and how do i fix it without buying a better amp?

check your grounds..they should all be behind the firewall and prefferably all share one ground. make sure that your RCAs don't go near your power cable. make sure you have sheilded RCAs.. It's hard to get rid of noise..some cars just have it..i have 7Gs in my stereo that is soo f-in clean...still noise. Gook Luck
