Easiest way to take out fuses..

Today i found out my rear whiper isn't working.
Whats the easist way to take out the fuse and check it?
I looked beside the dummy pedel and saw how difficult it is to take out the fues.. Is the whole fuse cover attached with screws or anything because i can't even move it an inch to help me see and get around..

Thanks

The fuse box is next to the clutch pedal and the cover just pops off no screws or anythign and there should be a fuse pulling tool on the inside of the cover or you can just use needle nose pliers
