Door panel removal on FD!?

Door panel removal on FD!?
I know this is a simple/dumb question but how do I access the bolt or screw that connects the door panel to the door at the handle? Every other clip and screw is easily accessed but there is something holding it on in the middle of the door where the handle is. Any help is greatly appreciated.
