door beeping//factory security inactive
Hey guys, i was installing a stereo head unit in my car and when i grounded the harness there was a spark. shortly after i noticed the car would beep whenever i open my door, even without the key in the ignition, it still beeps. i also noticed the security light on the center console doesnt flash anymore. any ideas on what i could do to fix this problem?
the beeping sound is 2 beeps. it goes beep beep...beep beep...beep beep....

Thats annoying. My fb won't stop beeping either. I'm trying to get my post count up so I can post a thread.
You could always just find the speaker thats making the beeping and snip a wire to it, unless its beeping through the audio system
