i have the squarer shape rx7 rear light assemblys but when i was looking at them closely they have carved circles on the inside of the plastic cover

has anybody made round ones themselves? how do you reckon it could be done?? spray everything on the inside of the plastic cover black except for the 'carved' circles, or use some sort of vinyl???

any ideas? or is this just a daft idea?

rite an update.
did my lights this weekend, they look wicked but the process was different than in the tutorial.
FOR STARTERS, after removing the lens on my right rear light, it already had raised circles on it where they should go. MAD!!! and the indicator circle isnt a true circle, its stretched slightly!!! the measurements of 75 and 80mm are correct though as this was contested before. still dont see why it had raised circles already on it though, you couldnt tell from the outside until you took it apart, looked identical to my left one which had no circles......

has anybody changed their bulbs to brighter ones??
on the 99 spec round light the 2 red light are the same brightness when not braking. anybody know anything about this?????
