CYM looks beautiful

I won't let go
R1s 1) Didn't have rear wipers and 2) Were the only trim that came in CYM.
However, did the JDM versions have the same options? Or lack thereof? I remember a LOT of rear wipers out there on a lot of cars. It does get pretty wet out there. That pic is obviously from over seas somewhere.
'Course, some of that looks photochopped.

Only in the US were CYMs R1s only. My Base is CYM. The rest of the world could order with whatever option they wanted (wiper, cruise, Bose, oil coolers, etc).

Got the car that way. Haven't seen any definitive info. on who makes the lip (or chin spoiler as I like to call it). Only problem is it's so low (3.25" clearance) that I've had to repair it twice already. Just finished the second repair this summer - epoxy to repair cracks, completely remove paint, and repaint with "Endura" epoxy paint - primer, white, CYM, clearcoat. On the first trip to the coast, managed to ground it getting off the ferry to Vanc. Island. Sigh. No serious damage this time though. I want one made of urethane!
My car's front end doesn't get light (that I've noticed) at high speed - even at 200 km/hr. I suppose that the chin spoiler has something to do with this.
Other things the previous owners had done:
Hood was painted such that washer nossles are part of it - that is paint is continuous over the nossles - they look like they're part of the hood.
Hood edge by windshield looks like it was "dipped" in paint - rounded and about 3/16" thick.
Had RE Amiya appique on the tail lamps. Just removed that - they painted it with regular body paint, and it was full of cracks due to flexing. Replaced with 99 spec. tail lamps (original lamps damaged due to glue used on applique - at least that's my excuse for buying the 99 spec. ones ;-).
Oh yeah, just to answer a possible question, the car was always CYM. Now it's just "enhanced" CYM (slightly lighter and has thicker clearcoat). I think it was done when the body kit was added.
