Question Crazy to Dynamat a Vert?????

Am I crazy for wanting to Dynamat my Vert?
It seems like it would cut down on alot of the road noise as well as keep the sound in. Granted it won't make a big difference with the top down, but with the top up I think it will still make a worthwhile difference. Anyone have any input here?

Most of the spund leaks through the roof, so I don't think it will make much difference.

Now if you want something that will make a dirfference:

It helped fairly well in my buddies t/a but as the previous guy said it won't help too much considering the top let's in a lot of the noise.

Don't think it would help either.
