I would suggest to use the search function (for the 2nd gen section). Use key words such as "convertible, leak, etc.).
Also, please be a little more descriptive. You told me, that it leaks by the door. Do you realize that:
1) There is a driver's side and a passenger's side.
2) You're talking about an area which is at least 2 1/2 feet long (along the window).
My general suggestions to you (based on your general question), would be to:
1) Look at the edge where the convertible top meets the top of the window.
2) Check the alignment of your door.
3) Check the alignment/angle of your window.
Now, check in the 2nd gen section.
