just curious if anyone on the forums own a compustar alarm, and what their experiences were on a 3rd gen. i have one already but its been sitting there
need to get it installed soon after the car is running.

i dont know how much they retail for but i bought it off an ebay seller that decided to just let it go and save the final value fee.
i got it for about 200 shipped new.
but then again, i hear theyre harder to install
going to take it to a shop soon to get an estimate on how much itll be to install with an acuator

 

there pretty expensive if you get the top of the line one. and a pain in the *** to install since they have so much to them. really got alarms tho. i think that they can range up to around a grand for them also.

 

mine sometimes trips when it's really really hot outside.

i have all options on mine except tilt. the remote start system works great
