Cleaning Interior

Are there any good cleaners out there anyone recommends for the carpet inside of the car?

Also what would you recomend to clean the dash and such.

My dad told me armorall isnt very good. He works at a boat dealer. he said honda, yamaha etc wont insure the boats if they used armorall because it dosnt condition and will crack eventualy.

So not sure what is good or bad out there :P

I don't use Armorall on my plastic either. Probably similar, but, I use Son of a gun.

I don't use one of them leather treatment either because it's not effective. I use Neatfoots Oil and let it satuate for a while and wipe the residue off with cotton towel. I usually do that maybe once a month and more often during summer months.

As to carpet is concerned them orange spray or Simple Green works well for me. I tried them canned carpet cleaner and I didn't like the result.

I hate ArmorAll too. For the interior, this stuff works great.

It's a UV protectant, cleaner and conditioner. It makes black interior trim blacker, but not too shiny.

I use those wipes from Armor All. The cleaning then the protecting. Those are really nice. I used them all summer long. Looked really good.
