ok it's time for exterior mods for my FD.. after falling in love with the Veilside VS D1 GT body kit, i realized i'm going to need a new paint job, most likely custom full paint job as well.. my main choice is Candy Metallic Orange.. but I also have blue & yellow in mind as well..
Candy Orange:
Lamborghini Orange:
Blue (Dunno what kind.. lol)
Ferrari Yellow:
Heres the body kit, if you don't know what it looks like:
Veilside VS D1 GT
Which one is best?!?!

The yellow would look very good, but if I were you, I would stick with what is currently on the car. I hate to tell you, but the wing is way out of place. BTW The new veilside kit is out already?

I never thought i'd think a veilside kit to be ugly but that kit doesn't do the 7 justice in my opinion. I like the blue ... but that might be because i'm a huge fan of the A-spec GTC MSpeed kit.

In one of my magazine's it says its a " Custom corvette blue ". Even though I don't like the body kit it will definately be unique and perhaps functional. My friend has a veilside body kit on his tiburon. His car is not lowered but the downforce produced by the kit slams it to the ground when he's above 55 mph.

I have always liked yellow. The Ferrari yellow looks much better to me than the Lambo. Just be careful picking a wild colour, they normally tend to get boring after a year or two. Safer to go with something more "normal" or at least that is my thinking.

I like the orange on the FD with the Boeing body kit. It reminds me of the Dodge Copperhead concept.Sooo gaudy, but sooo metallic. Shiny... I'd see what it looks like at dark before deciding though. The orange Murcielago in the lower pic looks plain next too the FD... colorwise anyway
An administrator at work has a yellow F355 Spider. I see it every couple of weeks or so. It's color is really flat looking compared to CYM. I'm not saying it looks bad though.
I've yet to see a yellow Murcielago in person though... those pics have been through a photoshop filter or two So I'm not sure how representative they are. Now, the Murcielago blue is nice, I've seen that in person at least.
Man, I'm just full of opinions today.

What "seems" is happening versus what is "really" happening are COMPLETELY different. Sorry.

Well, i guess it could be my imagination .... but it looks like the wheel gap from fender to tire is closed while driving; It is possible, right? The side skirts have air ducts directing the air upwards as well as the back bumper. O well ... Maybe it's just my logic is telling me if one spends TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS on a body kit it should be functional but that would just make to much sense.
