Okay.. I'm gonna try it. I'm gonna dye the carpets and mats, so does anyone recommend any products or have any tutorials?

Any help would be appreciated. I'd like to try it (a DIYer), and if I screw up, I'll just find someone selling the black carpet... (i've got that fugly tan crap)

 

The guys that have done this have told me to use this Dupli color Vynle and fabric paint. 3-4 coats of it. But they have also said that it's best to buy black floor mats. I guess because no matter how many coast you apply the tan is still going to show.

 

yeah its better to buy the floor mats...but for the carpet i used about 1 and 1/2 quarts...make sure you have a resperator...i almost died that smell is horrible...also make sure you mask off real well...the stuff wipes off pretty good but just to be on the safe side
