I am thinking about getting a scoot carbon fiber hood but I dont know if it would look good on a Silver FD. Also I am gonna get a kit. Any suggestions I am leaning towards feed or cwest but everyone has those, are there any other cool ones? Oh and I would probably throw on a CF wing too any suggestions other than the $1900 Cwest one? I was thinking maybe the veilside wing. Oh and for side skirts an rear bumper I have no clue what to get. And I will also be selling my front bumper/ with lip and racing beat type 2 spoiler still in box. The paint on my car is great I can send you pics of the bumper if intrested.

Naked CF hood = major rice.

IMO opinion, it is the worst exterior mod you can do. It ranks right up there with the painted single wiper.

Please guys, paint your hoods!

 

Obviously a lot of people have a different opinion and think it looks great. On the cover of the new European Car there's a 850hp silver Porsche with a black hood. Definetly rice.

thats a knightsports hood for anyone who didnt know. I am still undecided but I am really still leaning toward fiberglass painted. Which kit do u think I should get C west feed? Or suggest something different, and what about side skirts. And do u think a carbon fiber rear wing would be rice, or should I go with the mazdaspeed?

no its not.

KS parts fit a little better than that.

but i personally like the look of unpainted carbon fiber hoods and wings. saying it is rice is rediculous. you payed for the part to be made of with this exotic meterial, so why not show off the beauty and craftsmanship of the weave? (if it is an original high quality hood of course).

however, unpainted carbon fiber fenders, trunks, bumpers, etc., look a bit tacky on a street car. but they look awesome on a race car.

 

If thats not a knight sports hood or a replica of one than what is it???

It's a Knights Sports copy that is made in Carbon Fiber. Knighsports in Japan doesn't actually make that in hood in carbon fiber. M2 used to sell a version similar, I think it might be made by Fiber Images, but I'm just taking a guess.
