Carbon Fiber Gurus..I need help
I have a nicely scratched and cracked carbon fiber hood. Im just thinking, is there anyway to lay another peice of CF sheet across the hood and impregnate it with resin, and polish the resin to a smooth finish? Or am I just out of luck? Cheers

you will see the difference and will probably look just as bad. If the CF cloth is damaged, theres not much recourse. Sorry to be the one to tell you that Wilddog. Good luck.

He's right. But if its cracked I would put a CF sheet and a cleer cote on to prevent the crack from spredding the only porb is that there is now a big CF shorteg so good luck with finding some. I know Damian is looking for some so PM him and see if he found some.
