I'm sure there would be a great demand for these if they were cheaper than $850 that Rotary Extreme is charging. Maybe if it was made out of fiberglass...

I remember they did a group buy for the 99 spec replica for around $200+ before that I think VIS manufactured.

Me too! $850.00 is alot money for a replica. I mean hell you can get a VIS carbon fiber Scoot hood for cheaper than the RE feed wing and that hood uses way more material in it's construction.

Vick is mentioning that he can do a replica for $250 fiberglass & $350 for cf + cost of mold. Anybody knows any updates on Vick's since this post was since last year? I tried pming him...
