can any one id the lights for the falken fd

i have been trying to figure out who makes the sleepy eye headlights that the falken drift car has on it can any one help???

They would appear to be veilside but after looking at them and comparing the set to my veilside sleepy eye lights I think the ones on the falken fd are custom made.
