a/c relocation how to's

Ok first of all i wanna say that i've been searching that topic for days now and only thing i found were pictures but not a step by step how to do it. I found some old posts refering to a website http://www.iluvmyrx7.com/3rdgen/how-...e_redesign.htm and another one http://www.efini.net/dash1.htm , which are not working anymore.

I know that this is a well discussed subject but unfortunately i didn't find what i was looking for. Also i don't know anyone who makes a/c relocated panels for a RHD FD that i can buy.

So if anyone who has done that or knows a previous post or a website and is willing to share it with the rest of us, what he used and step by step ho to's, me and i believe many other members would be very gratefull.

Antonis.

Correction:

The first website on my above post works, but the how to's are a link of the second one which does not work anymore.

Yeah for some reason they removed that section from the website. I was very dissapointed that I didnt save the info, although the walkthrough was very very poor and did nothing more than tell you what each picture was. There was no real step by step walkthrough. You pretty much had to do it by picture and knowledge I guess you could say. I will do a write up tonight and post it tomorrow, so if you can hold out until tomorrow then you'll be happy. Its simple but long process that's all. And there is no real difference from doing a left hand drive RX and a right hand drive rx other than the way the panels face. All wiring is the same for A/C and blah blah. Anyways I'll get to work on that and proof read it in the morning then post it. Unfortunately I haven't finished mine yet only because I just haven't gotten around to finishing it since I don't even have my car at the moment. So I will make a write up but I might change some things on the write up once I finish my A/C relocation project. Only reason is because I might find an easier way or something you don't have to do, etc. Hope this helps by tomorrow!
