Burnout widebody kit-

On one of the FD's I am building I really want to go wide body. So far the only kits that have peaked my interest are the RE Ayemiya 97 and 2001 GT kits, the FEED kit, and the burnout widebody. After looking it over, I have just absolutly fallen head over heals for this kit.

I have found this site:
http://www.memoryfab.com/aero/car/?id=10

Which sells the whole thing for around $3600. But I wanted to know if I could save money by ordering it from japan? How would I go about doing that?

Talk to memory fab they are great guys. I have spoken to them, and are very helpfull..they told me that they are the exclusive dealer for burnout in NothAmerica and it will not be any cheaper getting if from Japan as it will cost an arm and a leg in shipping.

Actually, there's 2 companies who make them. ARP and Square Craft. I had the ARP mirrors on my FD and they fit/function well.

looks good without the flairs aswell, but i would still opt for them because of the new sexy wheel size/offset i would be able to run.

It might be a kit from burnout but its not the same sides and rear as the wide body kit. Those are just rear pieces that go on like the OEM ones. the widebody kit has a full rear bumper. The sides go across and stop at the air dam but the wide body ones go across and up the fender a bit. If you look at them more close you wil see where im comming from.

I don't even think the front bumper on the grey car is from the burnout kit. Its oil cooler cutouts don't look the same as the black cars.

I emailed Memoryfab today about getting the front fenders and sidepieces. $1040.00, but a 6-8 month wait. I don't mind the money, but what happens if you have an accident? Have your car off the road that long waiting for parts?

That is my point. I can spend the money, but I don't want to wait that long. And that's the ONLY kit that I like.

It is (most likely) an RE-Amemiya replica that was trimmed to show the USDM lights instead of the JDM circles.

Creativity goes a long way.

No it's not the burnout kit . . . . .

That's the full sanai kit. Another japanese body kit . . . . there's a actual hot version (or was it best motoring video?) that had a rx7 built buy sanai. Looked nice in white.
