I am in the process of trying to peice together an HID kit for my FD. I really do not want to spend the money on a sleek light kit so I have decided to keep the pop ups. My ideal situation would be to find an HID bulb from another type of car that would fit into the FD. I am thinking that this is going to be hard and that there is going to need to be a lot of modification to the stock headlight reflector. My main question here is what type/size bulb does the FD use from the factory and if anyone knows a car manufacturer that sells their cars stock with HID bulb that would fit into the FD. After I find the correct bulb I plan on putting the ballast and wiring that go with that bulb. If you have any ideas for my project they would also be greatly appreciated.
