brighter white driving lights

i have the 99 spec bumper and im tired of the OEM lights... theyre so dim (and theyre new) that they look yellow. i just put in Silverstar bulbs for the heatlights and im looking for something that alot brighter to put into the driving lights. anyone on here have any suggestions? what to buy and where to get them from?

If you don't want to go hid, there are a set of replacement lights being sold on e-bay. They are the diamond cut ones, selling for about $100. Get those and use the silverstar bulbs.
