ok, here's the deal. first off i've been searching for a while now. i got my car back after 6 months of being in the shop (new motor, single, ect.) the stereo worked fine before it went it. but when i got it back, i get no sound. keep in mind i have all stock bose stuff. and my shop didn't even come close to under the dash at all. my cd player counts and i can skip to the next track, i can turn on the radio (ant goes up) and it gets the stations (i can tell from the "ST" that comes on) but for the life of me i get no damn sound. its like the speakers just arent' hooked up. is there something i'm missing. i've read posts about people replacing the head units, but i'm still all stock. is it fried? it seems to work fine though. is there another code just to shut off the amp to the speakers? i just need some help figureing this out. any help would be appreciated.

i would check the amp's first thing, as well as look for bad connections.
