Bose stereo. Sound from doors but not subs?
So I purchased my First FD last week and it has an aftermarket head unit in it. The radio worked and had sound but the subs were pretty weak. Today I pulled the subs out and noticed that the harness was disconnected and a red and green wire was cut and spade connected into the factory harness. I found where they cut the wires and reconnected them to the amps on the subs. I reconnected the factory harness and tested to see if I fixed it. I have sound from the door speakers but not the subs. I noticed there is a gray plug with a green and white wire going to it but I couldn't find where that plugs into. I pulled the head unit and I noticed a scosche adapter is not installed. This leads me to believe that the door speakers may be aftermarket. The blue/white remote turn on wire IS connected to the light green and black wire from the factory harness showing that the remote turn on should turn the amps on. Where should I begin to figure out as to why I'm not getting sound to my Bose subwoofers? I have searched and could not find an answer.

I have indeed confirmed the door speakers to be aftermarket. The amps have all been bypassed and wired directly to the head unit. I ordered the scosche adapter and will install that and require the factory amps back in. I think I read somewhere that the Amps are wired in series. Meaning if one is not plugged in, none will work. Can someone confirm this?
