Alot of times, you have to drill and/or make your own mounting hardware. Most aftermarket body kits/parts do not come with any mounting hardware. So to answer your question, it's not hard if you know what you're doing. If you have no clue or don't have a friend who has some experience with making these kits fit/work, send it to a body shop who has experience in body kits.
I would also ask what method they (body shop) plan on using in installing/mounting your body kit. If they plan on using the metal self-tapping screws method, forget it, you can do that method yourself.

I know on my other car (subaru) The bumpers fit perfectly, (had to cut the beams a little bit) some kits fit just right some dont, with body kits you really get what you pay for. a cheap kit usually needs lots of fitting work, more expensive kits usually fit better. I was wondering the same thing on the FD though, I wanna get the tracer front bumper
