Black Leopard Spots on FD tail lights.

I just notice that I have some black spots all over my FD tail lights. Was wandering what it was...? I try to wash it but it seems to be from the inside. It's so ugly...

BTW I have JDM tail lights. The spots are mostly from the top light.

So what you guys think??

I'm not sure,
but they look pretty real to me.
But really I think they are just the one that is being painted or tented..

The real lights will have a bubble for the circles rather than being flat.

so then because it has been raining and really cold for this month and since I don't drive the car that much causes the black spot all over my tailights.

I drive it once a week or once in every two week...

It was raining when I took the car out for some spinning.

I'm thinking rain drops prob. got under the lenses.?
