Bazooka tube?
well i have had my car for a good 4 years or so, and i never really had any bass in the car, i don't want to add a huge box in the trunk, or if there is sometime you guys can recommend, not sure about the bazooka tube, it has its own amplifier in it so that's a + since i don't want to switch up to a bigger amp and spend more $. plus i have a water injection tank in the back along with the small amp and i don't want to really add more and have the trunk full.
you can get a Bazooka Bass tube without the Built in Amp..thast how i have mine Set up...Sounds Really Good.. my AMp Doesnt take up space at all..
i have a 1000 Watt INFINITy Sub
240 watt amp..

Pass on the Bazooka.
You don't need a million watts either.
If you're just starting out and/or on a budget, a quality 10" in a sealed box with a gross 0.5 ft^3 interior volume and 100 *RMS* will give you enough loud and clean bass to drown out the factory speakers. You can upgrade and amplify those next.

What does that means? If you plan is to buy an off the shelf box, and throw X brand speaker on it, then you are probably better of with a SAS Bazooka

Next on the list, I have no experience with their 12 inch tube, back in the days they only had a 6, 8 or 10 unch tube. The 6 inch tube was useless, so forget that one. The 8 inch tube would produce a tighter bass sound than the 10 inch counterpart.
I don't know if they have improved their amplified tubes, but they SUCKED. The amps used to go out after a year of use, or so.
I had a 8" Rockford Fosgate powered Tube in the hatch on the FD for a the longest sort of time. It had enough beat for me. Hell, compared to the 4 18" CV Strokers I had in my Tahoe, I thought the tube sounded pretty good.

Well I don't want to add a box in the trunk and have no room, like I said I have the water injection tank which is 1.5.gallons, eg I'll take a picture of the rear when I get home.. Anyone have pics of their setup?
Well, I'm not the biggest audiophile but I have used an amplified 12 inch Bazooka tube in the FD for over 5 years now and it is great for me. I actually turn the sub down quite a bit as it its way too thumpy for me unless I do this.
Just my 0.2 cents worth.

I have learned that bass and saving room don't go in the same sentence especially for a RX7. Depending on your budget your options are 1- DamonB style subbox (maybe you can do a little smaller), 2- Something like Infinity Basslink (still takes room). 3- Custom rear seat so the sub faces inside and takes less room. 4- Smaller subs placed in rear storage bins. 5- 6x9's in rear speaker spots and pretend they sound like subs lol.
