Aux in for stock Bose system

I've seen a guide on here before for wiring up an auxillary line in connector for the stock Bose sound system, but I can't for the life of me find it again by searching! Can someone give me some directions for how to do this?

Thanks!

By the way, has anyone tried making one of these aux in connectors? The 13 pin male DINs are only a couple bucks on eBay.

Looks like it got shortened somehow.

I'm going to go ahead and try this out, but I'm curious if anyone on here has done it before, as it'd be nice to get warning of any gotchas.
