Hey guys, here's my question simple and sweet,.... well after my explination that is. I have the stock 17" rx7 wheels that comes on the Fd for 99 and up models. Now I was planning on gettig after market wheels for my car, but after looking at those rims over and over , and already decided to keep the car looking as stock as possible, that I want to stay with the 17" stock look.

Now here is my problem. I am moding the motor to make good hp and I want wide rims instead of the 17x8.5 in the rear on. I need wider rims to help with some sort of traction with wider tires. Plus the look of some 275's or 285's in the rear is heart stopping.

What I want to know is if anyone know anywhere that I can get the same looking rim but wider. Obviously the rims wouldn't be oem but maybe a shop could do a close enough copy but wider.

Or better yet if I'm lucky, someone already does this rim and all I have to do is buy it and the tire .

What about a place that can widen the rims then peeps???

^Unless they're 3 piece rims (which I don't think they are) I doubt someone will be able to "widen" them for you.
