Anyone know the difference on these two light perimeter

I want to know are these two perimeter are the same the part that goes in circle.

they are both H3 but one is H3 and other one is H3C for the fog

H3 and H3C bulbs are exactly the same EXCEPT the plugs. You can solder a wire to the base of the H3 bulb and crimp a spade connector on it to make it compatible with H3C applications.
