I'm not too up on body work and mods compared to performance, but has anyone put these duct things on their FD?

I'm interested because I'm in love with the look of this car (And please ignore the fact that it's from Initial D. That has nothing to do with why I like it, this is just a great example of what I'm after).:

I would do the same (no SS or RB, and similar wing), only it most likely won't be yellow. So are these things really cheap quality, or are they pretty good? Do they go right on, or are there fitment issues?

Hmm... In Intial D its just a R1 lip until the guy gets the A-spec bumper. I was reading the book on my lunch break today in fact.

 

lol I dunno, that's just what mazda trix calls it ("front chin spoiler with ducts").
I've seen 2 types. The R1 lip like you said, and then the one in the picture (with the the things coming down but nothing inbetween them). The two fronts in the pictures I posted resemble each other imo, but maybe it's just my imagination.

Yeah, but the red car dosen't have the same one from Intial D.
The FD in Initial D originally was this style, the R1:


Then later on in the series he went A-Spec:




And its not the racing beat front lip. The RB front lip looks like a base lip with vents in it.

 

It is a Racing beat lip, but it's out of production now.
