I had a friend with a 240sx and his Dmax hood didn't fit well at all.
Thinking about picking one up for my FD, anyone have experience installing one before?
How well did it fit?

I havent seen a dmax hood on an fd in person so I can't comment on their fitment. they dont seem to be a popular verdor with us but hopefully someone will chime in.

IMO you should see if a reputable vendor (seibon or vis) offers the style of hood that you like. Because so far you have seen one example on a 240 and the fitment sucks. So why would it be any better for the fd? I'd still be weary if there are decent fitting examples out there as that says that their quality control sucks and therefore you don't know if you are gonna get a good one or a bad one.
