Heat gun is worst case scenario. But honestly. I'm going saying that because I had to use one to get mine to fit. Not all chassis are the same, I've hit **** in my car before so the front end headlight , fenders and hood have panel gaps. Origin stuff is quality, its the right amount of fiberglass and has strengh and flex. Unlike chinese copies that use 6-7 layers and its rigid as a wooden board.

Fitment? Ask anyone from Zilvia.net , Since RX7club isn't too popular with aero.

Origin is not a knock off company.

V:S is a division off Origin Lab.

There are slight differences in bumper design and shape.

Think about this.

Best example would be FD3S chassis.

C-West , DRFT , Sexy Style , Origin Lab

All similar. But all different slightly.

Don't even get me started on FC aero.

GP Sports, Origin , Final Konnextion , Wise Square.

Everything looks the same to the untrained eye.

i am not saying there is anything wrong with origin or vs. i have just been around the fd long enough to know what is original and what is copied from another company.

i have not seen the gp sports knockoff by origin or vs but i would like to. i would much rather they changed it slightly than copied it exactly like so many companies did to cwest. i used to have cwest on my car back in 02 but it just got too played.

24seven check out the burnout replica by shineauto. it should be listed in their section under vendors at the top of the forum. they seem to make nice stuff and that kit is beautiful. also i think its frp so wont crack like fiberglass.

but if your not going to do a full kit and just want a front bumper i would recommend a 99 spec front. fds do not look right with just a front bumper and no sideskirts imo.

frp and fiberglass is the same material.

INGS+1 , Works9 , Shineauto.
Use a similar type of FRP bonding with a urethane type plastic.

Its very flexible, and doesn't shatter.

Good stuff
