does anyone here know if its illegal in the state of virginia to remove the front and back side markers, side turn signals...whatever they call them.

i would think that if you have working front and rear turn signals its fine but i just wanted to double check

I would just go by a shop and ask to look at the manual or have them research it in their inspection manual. I only have low beam HIDs on my car and no high beams at all (that’s how I bought the car). But the text makes no reference to high beams and low beams, just that your headlights need to be above a certain candle power. Because of that they passed my car. The devil is in the details.
