Any problems with the scoot hood fitting

I tested fitted a fiber glass scoot hood and it wouldn't clear my intercooler piping. I have a M2 large intercooler kit. Anyone else have this problems? Do you need to modify the rain gutters? If the test fitting goes well, it will be produced in carbon fiber.

As far as normal problems? Not from the FG one I've seen in person. Chuck of Rotary Extreme had a write up of when he received the original. He noted a few problems with the oriignal that he fixed in his replica.

As far as the M2 SMIC, that will not fit with the Scoot hood (according to many other threads). I'm not sure of other larger SMIC's.
