Any Filp-Up / Sleepy headlight setups that improve lighting?

I'm getting tired of not being able to see **** at night (despite driving around with my brights on) but I don't want to lose my pop-up status. That being said I'd like to freshen the looks a bit since the rectangle lenses are pretty dated. What are my options?
