No, actually His site is up so he can sell his lights. He is bias and has inaccurate information. I am sure at one time it was accurate...like 15 years ago.

But he doesn't even understand the difference between the two types of HID light bulbs, so how can he be really a expert.

His site is a classic example of pretending he is an expert, to sell a product of his choice.
