I recently bought a 93' Touring. The previous owner removed the air bag steering wheel and replaced it with a 'Grant'. I am attempting to re-install the original 'air bag' wheel, but I think I am missing the wiring. Has anyone taken their's apart that may remember what it looks like in there?

When the new wheel is apart, there are two connections mounted inside the wheel for the horn and the cruise control. The 'air bag' has another blue connection with about 4 inches of wire. I cannot find anyplace to connect these wires to. I figure I must be missing a piece of wiring harness. I am also a little confused as to how the wires don't end up wrapped around the steering column when you trun the wheel.

I imagine the solution is painfully simple, but it is aluding me. Can anyone offer any help, pictures, or diagrams?
