i am wondering if my 99 spec wing adjustment is affecting my top end at all. i know aero usually only comes into play at 120mph plus. here is a pic of how my wing is adjusted right now. if i raise it up i am assuming my top end will be better. i get up to 160mph pretty easily but i just want to know if the wing is holding me back at all. here is a pic.

 

nope, just place it in the upwards position.

if you knowtice, all the top end cars. ( bugatti ) when it is in top speed mode.,
the wing goes down, and doesnt come up.

so!, try to get the wing as flat as possible.,
but i dont think it will hold you back until you do 200+
