Just curious to anyone who has done this, how did you do it? Did you use a dremel to cut it or is there some other special tool? I want to do this, but dont want to mess anything up.

Thanks.

Note how 'Zilla's setup uses an enclosure, which is pretty trick.

I had a previous FD with a single pioneer free-air sub mounted there by a previous owner. There wasn't an enclosure, just a speaker mounted in a hole there. When it was cranked, you'd barely be able to hear it.
