Arrow acceleration gauge????

does anyone know if anything besides the gtech exists to measure acceleration?? i was thinking something like a dial faced gauge (with a needle for a gauge pod) would be a really good idea!!! isnt that what we are ultimatly trying to measure when tuning our cars? max breaking and acceleration?

Anything that works on the principal of a bathroom scale would do the job. Just put it into a 2" Gauge and you'll be set!

What would be really cool would be to use a solid state gyro with an LCD readout so you could do lateral G's as well, similar to the setup in the R34 Skyline. You could even make it into a HUD!

Obviously, this has been done before, but neither the G-tech not the Apexi Revspeed Meter have the cool factor of the skyline's setup.
