Does any1 have one of these light kits?? Or has seen one up close??

This is the only kit i know about thats out there besides the RE kit but that comes with the whole front bumper and im just looking for the light kit. Rx7store has this kit for 600 and i just want to know if some1 has one and if its worth buying.
