No it's not Turbo'd
It's creative, I'd still like to see someone try to do a set of all 3 red lens, and then have it turn on just as bright as other two running lights, but flash or get brighter when you turn or brake, kind of liek the old (50's / 60's) fords and chevrolets, and I'm not implying that that would rule over everything, I'm just saying different is
