99 Spec questions?

I know this has probably been covered before and I have tried a search but have come up with no help. I have been contemplating body work to get done for a few months now. Ive been thinking of getting my exhaust, intake, and computer to go with my other laundry list of mods already done before doing body work. The question I have is where can I get the front bumper without the license plate frame. I dont want that. I want everything to be as strictly 99 spec as possible. I have decided on the feed wing the one with the carbon fiber middle. I have no idea about rear bumper on subtle sideskirts yet but I do need to go ahead and get the front bumper where can I get on without the license plate thing. Does anyone have pics of a fd with the 99 spec bumper and any type of sleek light kit. Want to know what it looks like as well. Thanks for the help.

NOONE makes a front urethane 99 bumper without the license plate frame. www.pettitracing.com , however, DOES make one but in fiberglass.

It does look a lot like a big smile without it IMO. The plate holder has been growing on me lately.

Sadly, I'd have to agree...after seeing it so many times with the holder, it looks weird without one. I guess this works in my favor anyway, as I will be putting on the 99spec front end.

get the urethane bumper and cut the licence plate section off, and plastic weld in a section of the zenki FD front end.
has been done, not hard at all... bad thing is you have to paint the bumper again.

Ummm... if you want strict 99 spec everything why the Feed wing instead of the 99 spec wing? (Not questioning your taste - I like the Feed wing better too) And sleek lights?

If you want 99 spec everything you'll also need:
Brakes, revised taillights, turbos & Y pipe, wheels, "flying M" badges, new steering wheel, (plus things no one would really swap out like the 32 bit ABS system, Bilstein shocks and improved oil metering system), and a lot of other little stuff I'm forgetting.

Good point...but I still feel withouth the license plate, the nose curves downward too much. A little bit of a wider opening, like on the C-west front end would be good.

It just looks like a HUGE smile. The holder hides it a bit, plus it comes in handy for areas that require a front license plate.

I do want everything to be as close to 99 spec as possible and I agree after seeing the pics that it does look better with the license plate frame. That solves that issue. I do have a few personal touches such as the spoiler (feed) and wheels and emblems. I want basically the stock front end and alot of interior parts. The rest I want to make personalized to my taste because as we all know you should do what makes you happy and what you like. But opinions are always appreciated and Im getting the front end next week. Thanks guys.
