99 spec front bumper??

is this the 99 spec front?? i saw the 99 spec bumper and they have fog lights.. this front doesnt..

Yes, not every '99 spec bumper comes with fog lights. They are separate.

You can get them from rx7store.net or Ramy at FDNewbie Imports.
