Here's the info I need.

1. How do I know what model (R1, Base, Touring) of RX-7 I have?

2. How do I know if my car has a Bose system?

3. If my car plays CDs with no problem, plays AM radio barely, and doesn't play FM (haven't tried cassettes) does this mean the antenna is broke?

4. Does the center in-dash speaker break often? I can't hear anything out of it.

5. Does anyone have the piece the separates the trunk area from the cockpit in BLACK for sale? I think it's called the luggage compartment cover.

6. Did Mazda make a glass sunroof as the owner's manual refers to? It tells me about removing the inside shade cover, yet I cannot on mine because my sunroof is painted black on outside just like the rest of the car.

7. Does anyone else have problems opening their trunk with the key?

1) You have the P.E.P (Popular Equipment Package).

2) If you can play cd's you have the Bose system.

3) I believe your AM/FM deck is shot.

4) If you need a new center speaker go here.

6) There was a glass sunroof made, but since you have the P.E.P package your's is metal.

The VIN will tell you what car you have. Enter it into carfax. If it's not a touring edtion, then I don't think it'll have a bose system. The bose system has a duct in the back that's called the acoustic wave. If your center speaker is not working, check the connections.
