Next time, search first please. But the best method is this:
Remove all scratchy panels. This requires you to remove the door panels. Be careful.
Take all scratchy panels off and rub with a rough rag soaked in acetone. Rub off all the covering rubber scraps. Sand until smooth.
Buy black plasti-dip spray at any hardware store. Apply 4-5 coats, once every half hour or so. Let dry for overnight and carefully reattach.
Post before and after pics and good luck!

removing them is a pain, I used a rag and some acetone to remove the original paint peels right off, at least for the 93' interior, then used 800 sand paper to remove the deep scrathes the finish with 1000, then spray evenly, make sure you use an interior paint for plastics I used krylon satin black, so it wont be so bright came out nice will post pics soon. I removed the steering wheel to make the disassembly / installation much easier and put a rag over the steering column as to not scratch the paint. hope this helps.
